Program Overview

This wellness series focuses on vital aspects of healthful aging. Each session provides practical insights and actions for living with strength, vitality, and resilience. 


Sessions will be held on Zoom on the last Tuesday of the month at 6pm Eastern Time. (Sessions will also be recorded.) 

Registration closes 10 days prior to each session.

Strength, fitness, and bone health

This session explores essential strategies for maintaining muscle strength, balance, and bone density. Participants will learn how to integrate simple exercises and nutritional habits to support physical strength, prevent falls, and protect bone health as they age, promoting confidence and independence in daily activities.

Good digestive health is foundational to overall wellness. This session delves into how the digestive system changes with age and the steps we can take to support gut health through nutrition, hydration, and other lifestyle adjustments. Participants will gain insights into managing common digestive concerns to improve comfort, nutrient absorption, and energy.

Attendees will learn about the connection between nutrition, activity, and mental health, along with practical ways to enhance cognitive resilience and reduce risks associated with cognitive decline.
