This wellness series focuses on vital aspects of healthful aging. Each session provides practical insights and actions for living with strength, vitality, and resilience. 


Sessions will be held on Zoom at 6pm Eastern Time. (Sessions will also be recorded.)

Inflammation And Joint Health

This session explores how aging affects our joints, and what we can do to reduce inflammation and support joint health. Participants will learn about dietary patterns, movement practices, and lifestyle habits that can help ease discomfort, improve flexibility, and protect long-term mobility.

Heart Health

In this session, we’ll explore how the cardiovascular system changes with age and what we can do to support a healthy heart. Participants will gain practical strategies for managing blood pressure and cholesterol, improving circulation, and choosing heart-smart foods and habits to support healthy aging and vitality.

Mindful Eating and Weight Management

This session offers a compassionate and realistic approach to nourishing the body while maintaining a healthy weight. Through mindful eating practices and simple strategies, participants will learn how to better understand hunger cues, prevent overeating, and support both physical and emotional well-being.
